Reclaimed pallet shelving unit with stained gray finish

We built a shelving unit from a reclaimed pallet for a local homeowner. We were approached to build a storage solution for a house built in 1954. Since homes back then had no pantry, the most cost effective solution was to construct a freestanding shelf. We cut a wooden pallet in two pieces, braced it with structural supports, added shelves, and stained it gray for a farmhouse-style finish. This reclaimed pallet shelving unit was made for a residence in Panama City, Fl.
