We installed a corrugated metal ceiling in a rustic local home. Before securing the metal sheeting, we tacked batten insulation to the framing. Then, we added shims to level the job and reduce any dents or bumps. We also ran wire for a new outlet to be placed on the other side of the room. Last, we hung a light fixture made from metal piping. Bringing together rustic materials and a corrugated metal ceiling gave way to an industrial quality that the homeowner desired.
