We renovated a covered back patio enclosure for a local residence. At the beginning of the renovation, we demolished the existing patio by removing all the aluminum coverings and replacing with traditional wood framing. Batten insulation was added in the walls and ceiling, and all openings were updated with single-hung vinyl windows. After replacing the storm door, we installed vinyl siding on the outside and inside walls, ceiling, and soffit.
